Experiencing an issue with our lights? Let us take care of it for you. We are extremely proud of the products we have developed, and are pleased to provide some of the best warranties in the decorative lighting industry.

Important usage note

Our warranties assume seasonal use, except where noted for permanently installed products like Chromaglow.
Keeping any seasonal-use product installed for more than 120 consecutive days in a 12‑month period voids the warranty.
